This month’s theme
Happy Canada Day!
We are not only celebrating being proud Canadians this month, but also the accomplishments of people with diverse abilities.
Whether you read about people from Kamloops or someone on the international stage, we hope you will be in-spired by the articles and interviews throughout the news-letter.
Canada Day is a great chance to remember where we have come from, what it means to be Canadian, how different people have had very different experiences as Canadians, and how important it is to be respectful of everyone. Not everyone has always experienced full inclusion and many people still don’t.
Canada has come a long way and we need to continue to keep working for equality for all.
All those who struggle with challenges or are touched by it in some form or another, keep working hard toward your goals and success can be yours.
Goals: to inspire; this month, celebrating inclusion in entertainment & life
