We can direct people to mental health resources, crisis lines, mental health support in different countries and provide mental health peer support.
We are not trained Mental Health Counsellors so we can not help you with individual problems but we can direct you to places that offer that help. the owner of the newsletter has ADHD and anxiety disorder and knows people might need resources and peer support over e-mail.
