Extra! Extra! Read All About It!
This month’s newsletter marks 6th year anniversary of the Kamloops Self-Advocate Newsletter.
To mark this special event, we would like to focus on a new inclusion and awareness service that is being offered through the KSA.
It is an awareness campaign that is starting up in Kamloops; it is very exciting and will give businesses extra tools to reduce stigma and discrimination in their workplace.
This new service covers all types of businesses.
We are also focusing on giving back to the community through things like volunteering.
There are so many ways we can contribute to our community. Each of us has an important place.
We should not label and divide people. We should celebrate diversi-ty and inclusion and being kind to others. Kindness rocks!
This newsletter is free to the community and always will be. We hope you enjoy all the articles in this month’s newsletter.
We’d love to hear from you about what you think about these articles, or may-be you’d like to see some different topics covered.
Send us an email with your thoughts and ideas.
