newsletter for people with diverse abilities

April Edition of KSA Newsletter 2020 contains in
This month’s theme is Covig 19 Virus
With all that is going on in the world with COVID-19, we want to remind our readers that, now more than ever, it is so important to practice kindness and compassion for ourselves and those around us. Part of that compassion includes forgiveness.
When people are in a place of fear, which many people are right now, they can act in ways that are unexpected. If we can show kindness and forgiveness, we have the power to change how people are feeling.
By showing love, people can move forward with their lives and live with a greater sense of peace.
In spite of all the changes that are happening right now, we want to encourage you to take some time to see the positive things that are still happening in the world.
The days are warming up, flowers are starting to appear, birds are return-ing and spring is happening. Getting out into nature is a beautiful way to recon-nect with ourselves and to put life back into perspective. Even if we can’t do this with friends as we practice self-isolation, we can still share these moments through social media and phone calls.
You know we also love to hear your stories of what matters to you.
We’d love to hear how you are looking after yourself, the ways you are staying connected with others, and how you show kindness and forgiveness. Of course, we also want to hear if there are stories or topics you’d like us to cover. We want the newsletter to keep growing and getting better!
