November is here and we are thinking a lot about peace. There is a lot going on in the world and it can feel overwhelming.

We hope that you can take some time in November to share some kindness and pay respect to those who are no longer with us.
Remembrance Day is a perfect opportunity to promote peace, kindness, compassion, and love for all. We all want and need to belong in our communities.

It is important to think about how we can be more inclusive to everyone Let’s take a moment of silence on Remembrance Day to pay tribute and respect to our military men and women. We owe our freedom to the people who have protected our country. We would like to encourage all of our readers to spread peace and kindness.

Maybe you share a kind word, maybe you slow down just a little. Maybe you say hello, buy a coffee for someone, or hold the door open for a stranger. Small actions can add up and can change another person’s day. We hope you give and receive kindness this month.

Please feel free to give your feedback and thoughts on future newsletters.

We love to hear from you.
